Autonomous Enterprise Operations

An AI workforce that runs, secures, and governs your IT — with you in control.

FourierOS is a digital organisation of AI employees — not a chatbot, not a loose bag of agents. They investigate incidents, hunt threats, and track compliance around the clock, but every consequential action still waits on a governance gate that only you control.

The problem

IT, security, and compliance teams are stretched thin — alerts pile up faster than humans can triage them, incidents wait on whoever's on call, and audit evidence gets assembled by hand once a year under deadline pressure. Hiring more headcount doesn't scale with the pace of what needs watching.

The FourierOS approach

A standing team of AI employees that never sleeps, each with a narrow real job — watching services, triaging threats, tracking controls — coordinating the way a real department does. You decide how much they can do without you, one number, adjustable at any time.

Your AI Workforce

6 AI employees. 4 departments. One governance layer.

Each agent is a stateful worker with identity, shared memory, and a governance gate — coordinating by events, never by silently calling each other directly.

Governance, Not Just Automation

Autonomy you can throttle, decisions you can audit

🔒
Autonomy ceiling
One number throttles the entire workforce. Start at zero and raise it only as trust is earned.
Human approval gates
Destructive actions, data mutations, and secret rotations always require sign-off — no exceptions, regardless of confidence.
🔗
Hash-chained audit log
Every decision is recorded append-only, so you can prove exactly why an action ran or was blocked.
🏢
Multi-tenant by design
Every row is scoped to your organisation. No agent can see or act across tenants.
What a real decision looks like
🔍
Detect
AI SRE: “CPU spike confirmed — 94% sustained for 3m on prod-api-01.”
📋
Propose
“Proposing: rolling restart of prod-api-01. Risk 0.45 · Confidence 0.94.”
🔒
Govern
Agent autonomy is 0.70, but the org ceiling is 0.60 → ceiling breached → routed to a human.
Approve
A human operator approves the restart from /approvals.
🔗
Execute & log
Agent executes, incident resolves, and the decision is hash-chained into the audit log.
Under The Hood

Built like a real engineering org, not a demo

🧠
LangGraph state machines
Every agent is a stateful graph with identity and memory — not a single prompt.
📡
Event-driven coordination
Agents talk via Kafka topics, never by calling each other directly.
🗂️
Postgres + pgvector memory
Episodic and semantic memory per agent, scoped to your organisation.
🕸️
Neo4j service graph
Blast-radius and dependency mapping for safer incident response.
How It Works

Live in three steps

01
Connect your infrastructure
Point FourierOS at your cloud accounts and the services you want it to watch.
02
Set your autonomy level
Choose how much the workforce can do on its own — from full human control to full autonomy.
03
Agents propose, governance decides
AI employees investigate and propose action. Low-risk work executes; everything consequential waits for you.
Questions

Frequently asked

Is this safe to point at production?
You control that directly. Every org starts with an autonomy ceiling, and we recommend starting at Full Human Control (0%) so you can observe the workforce before granting it any independent authority. Destructive actions, data mutations, and secret rotations always require human approval regardless of that setting.
How is this different from just prompting an LLM?
Each AI employee is a persistent LangGraph state machine with its own identity, episodic memory, and role — not a single chat session. They coordinate with each other through events, and every proposed action is scored for risk and confidence before it's allowed to run.
Can an agent take destructive action on its own?
No. destructive, data_mutation, and rotate_secret action classes always route to a human approver, no matter how confident the agent is. This is enforced in the governance gate itself, not left to prompt instructions.
Is my organisation's data isolated?
Yes. Every operational row is scoped to your organisation with row-level security enforced at the database layer — no agent or query can cross tenants.
What does it cost?
FourierOS is in private beta. Request access and we'll reach out with pricing and onboarding once your spot is ready.
Can I try it before requesting access?
Yes — the live demo runs a simulated AI workforce (synthetic incidents, findings, and governance decisions) so you can see the activity feed and governance flow without signing up.
